rophology, in it’s simplest form is, is considered food combining. Merging the correct foods for the most efficient and productive digestive system and assimilation into the body.

Here are some of my tips to live by:
Fruit eat it alone or leave it alone, let at least 20 minutes pass after eating fruit , before combining it with other items. Allow your body to extract all the nutrients before being diluted with other combinations of foods.

Do not mix Meats and Starches in the same meal.

Drink Liquids after the meal not during. Chew food until it becomes liquefied to aid in digestion.

Stay away from white products, white flour baked goods, white rice, white pasta, white sugar, learn to use raw sugar, whole wheat baked goods and pastas.

Lower your sodium intake (mostly found in processed foods)

Most Importantly Eat like a King for Breakfast, Queen for Lunch, and a Pauper for Dinner.
